Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please review this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of Monumeo.

1. Changes to or Cancellation of Orders

1.1 Any significant alterations made by the Client to an order after the contract's conclusion shall empower Monumeo LLC to adjust the quoted price and/or delivery terms accordingly. If the alterations are substantial, Monumeo LLC reserves the right to refuse order execution. In such cases, the Client is liable for payment for the work completed up to that point.

1.2 Cancellation of an order by the Client authorizes Monumeo LLC to claim payment for any work already executed, along with compensation for research hours allocated to the remaining portion of the order. Monumeo LLC may provide the completed work upon the Client's request but bears no responsibility for its quality.

1.3 If Monumeo has allocated time for order execution, a fee of 50% of the non-executed portion may be charged to the Client.

1.4 Quoted prices are applicable only to services meeting agreed specifications.

1.5 Monumeo reserves the right to adjust the agreed price if unforeseen circumstances require additional work or expenses. Such circumstances may include working with ambiguous specifications or faulty files provided by the Client.

1.6 Payment for services is due before commencement of work or according to mutually agreed terms. Failure to make timely payment results in default, with the Client owing statutory interest on the invoice amount.

1.7 In case of rejection by the Client, Monumeo LLC will provide a 100% refund upon submission of written proof from the concerned entity.

2. Complaints and Disputes

2.1 Clients must submit any complaints about services provided by Monumeo LLC in writing within 10 days of receipt. Filing a complaint does not absolve the Client of payment obligations.

2.2 Failure to raise complaints within the specified timeframe implies full acceptance of the service. Monumeo may address complaints at its discretion. Accommodating Client-requested changes does not imply acknowledgment of substandard service.

2.3 In the event of a valid complaint, Monumeo LLC is granted a reasonable period to rectify or substitute the service. If improvements or substitutions are not feasible, the Client may be offered a discount.

2.4 The Client forfeits the right to complain if the Client or any third party edits the service in question, regardless of subsequent use.
